They said write what you know so that's what I did. I wrote dirty, I wrote erotic, I wrote the truth. And then they called me a liar. But it's not me who's lying, it's them. Our story isn't for everyone. It's not even for us. So if you're looking for the fairy tale and the stupid prince on his dumb white horse, move along. You've got a hold of the wrong book. This is not your story, this is not your life, and this is not your opportunity to dip your frightened little toe into the dark pool of water and "try new things" and then pull it out and decide... #NotForMe.

I don't remember the last time a book sucked me in so hard. As you listen, you think you're not following the story but unbeknownst to you, you are (did that make sense?). I love a well thought out, twisty story with a bite and this has it in spades! And the heat level off the charts!! Probably one of the best books I've listened to in past year... or at least since Julie's last book.

When this book was 3 (or 4?) separate books, it was rated quite high. I bought this book based on those reviews. I'm glad I did! The story was so intense and kept me on the edge of my (car) seat. I have a long commute but when listening to this book, I found I was looking forward to bad traffic. This excellent story was very well researched.

Admittedly I was a bit dubious about this book. Certainly not because of the author as she never disappoints. She's an auto-buy for me. It was that this was a multi cast. A year or so ago I started a multi cast book and couldn't do it. Sensory overload? Hard to follow? Not sure but had to stop.
This book is so well done. The casting is perfect. I had no issue at all following and LOVED the flow and banter. The whole book felt like a special treat... Kind of like an expensive chocolate. I will definitely be listening to this one again!
Price was low so I didn't use a credit but worth more than one for sure.
BRB, I need chocolate...

Ten years ago, Whitney Gable caught me off guard with her long legs and grab-you-by-the-balls blue eyes. I didn't know or care what her name was. Like any Riscoff worth the family name, I went after what I wanted. We burned like a flash fire until she married another man. She hates me, and she should. I objected on her wedding day. Now she's home, with those same long legs and man-eater stare, but there's no ring on her finger. They say a Riscoff and a Gable can never live happily ever after, but I'm not done with Whitney Gable.

My mother always told me, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything. But I feel like it's my duty as a HUGE MM fan and long time Audible listener to leave a rather negative review. I am writing this on the first book of the series so you know what you're getting into for the next 2.
I have listened to every one of Meghan's books and loved them all. This one however... I feel like she didn't even write it. The characters were weak. There was no relationship depth. The whole basis of the story was weak. You both grow up in a small town with promenant rival families and you have no idea who each other are when you meet in a bar? There was even mention of rival siblings standing up for each other in high school and you still are clueless about who each other is? The female lead was extremely weak but after one internal monolog she turns strong. Toward the end I was snickering at the ridiculousness of the story. I kind of want to sit down with MM and ask, What happened?
On a technical note, I had to turn up the volume on the female narration and turn it down on the male. Every time.
Sorry but not the best Meghan March. And all 3 books could have one. I feel like 3 books in this case is a bit of a money grab.

It should have been easy. I needed the money. He needed a babysitter to keep him from snorting himself to death. I was cherry-picked especially for him. Responsible. Optimistic. Warm. Innocent. The worst part is that I should have known better. Alex Winslow. British rock star. Serial heartbreaker. Casanova with whiskey eyes. “Don’t get near the devil in a leather jacket. He’ll chew you up and spit you out.” Guess what? I didn’t listen. I signed the contract. World tour. Three months. Four Continents. 100 shows. My name is Indigo Bellamy, and I sold my soul to a tattooed god.

Maddie isn’t looking to be saved. She knows the only person you can count on is yourself. Her moral compass might not point true north these days - but at least she’s still standing. The military taught Tyler about loyalty. Being there for your brothers is the only thing that matters - but when it mattered most, he wasn’t.

I have changed the title of this review 5 times because I just can't find the right words. JA Huss and Johnathan McClain should write (almost) all the books. This was phenomenal in every way.
Sin with Me is my first author narrated listen and I think it brought the narration to a whole new level.
I laughed out loud in almost every chapter (fellow commuters probably thought I was crazy) but it also had all the feels. Julie and Johnathan guided you through the understanding of their individual pain.
I have already listened to book 2 and am tapping my foot impatiently, waiting for book 3.
Start this series, you will not be disappointed.

I was a woman on the edge, shaken and shattered after a breakup that felt like it tore my entire world apart. My best friend, sick of watching me drown in misery and melancholy, harassed me until I agreed to go with her on a weeklong wilderness retreat. Nowhere in the glossy brochure did it say anything about the fact I was going to have to battle the insufferable but deliciously rugged trail guide instead of the elements. The brochure also forgot to mention that when you left civilization behind, there was no place to pack your inhibitions and fears.

Jay Crownover makes a departure from her tatooed bad (good) boys and enters the world of ranchers/ cowboys. I was so looking forward to this book and I was not disappointed at all! I would given the story 10 stars if I could. I can't wait for the next book! I would have given 5 stars for Overall but the narration...

The only negative comment I have is with the narrator (as others have written). However, I'm not sure if it's the narrator or the director/ editor/ producer (who is responsible for the speed of narration?). When I started the book I wasn't sure how I was going to continue but then I changed the listening speed to from 1x to 1.25x on my device. I found the problem! This is the perfect speed. I had no trouble listening after that. In fact I couldn't stop!

Worth a credit? YES! But change the speed on your device.
