The notion of selling carries a lot of baggage. As it has developed, sales has often become a fear-based relationship. Customers are afraid that they will be "sold" a bill of goods, or that a salesperson will talk them into something that doesn't help them succeed.

This was my worst purchase. The author, who narrates, is so incredibly hard to listen to. I wanted to jump out of my car after 60 seconds of listening to this. Nothing new or insightful. If you have been in sales for longer than one day you don't need to purchase this book. There are a lot of excellent books at Audible.com. Listen to ALL of them first and then this one when you have extra money to throw away. I am giving one star only because I was dumb enough to buy it so the author did get me to play.

Great ideas and great stories to motivate those above and below you. This is not a book put together over a weekend to make a little extra scratch by an author with nothing better to do. This is a must read for anyone that has a business or personal relationship where they motivate others to complete their goals. This is my 10th Audible purchase and hands down my top one or two.
