Story is masterfully told of one of the most brilliant minds. The author really brings to life and creates excitement in the life and events surrounding the man. Especially enjoyed the interview at the end. Any science junkie will enjoy this.

It's a shame Albert was lied to in school about evolution and the universe being billions of years old, otherwise there wouldn't be anything stopping him from giving credit to God for his creation. [YouTube search: Kent Hovind evolution creation] for a debunking on the fairy tale of animals 'magically' transcending their biological limits and kind in the past but cannot do so today. Or the fable of magical primordial Campbell's soup coming alive.

But I digress. The audio book was a delight. 5 stars.

Using the strategies in the book I've upsold many people from a few dollars to hundreds of dollars, not by trickery but by finding out their needs or desires.

The wisdom you'll hear is what separates the professionals from the 16 year old part timers who plays with their phones on the sales floor.

Happy hunting.

Enjoy the sound of the sea. Betake yourself in your fantasy onto a beautiful sandy beach and listen to the waves, the seagulls and relax. This audiobook lasts one hour and the focus is set on the steady sound of the sea. There is no music playing so let your fantasy loose. "My Day by the Sea" is also well-suited to be used in wellness areas and while doing Yoga.

The Kingdom of the Cults has been the authoritative reference work on major cult systems for more than 40 years. In an era of rapid cult growth worldwide, Christians today need the information in this book more than ever. It will equip readers from every walk of life to use biblical truth to counter the efforts of cults to masquerade as mainstream Christianity. Working closely together, Ravi Zacharias and managing editors Jill and Kevin Rische have updated and augmented the work with new material. This book will continue as a crucial tool in countercult ministry and in evangelism for years to come.

For eloquently narrating a 40+ hour book on doctrines. Enjoyed the narration.

Now, about the book. Highly recommended for any Christian. Every major religion is covered. All Eastern spiritualism is covered. Almost every modern minor and major cult uprising that effected millions of souls at one time is covered. Even Christian groups who have strange doctrines that don't effect your salvation by faith alone in Jesus Christ are covered (like the Seventh Day Adventists).

There is a Quick Facts section before each chapter to help remember the key points. There is a dual benefit for the Christian listening through this book. When you get to the debunking portions of false religions and cults, there is great depth of evidence from scripture used, which in turn will strengthen the faith of a Christian hearing scriptural authority of Christian doctrines.

For example: when listening through reasons to reject Jehovas Witness and Islam who deny the trinity, Walter Martin goes into great depth of scriptural evidence for the trinity. When listening to the many cults and false religions who deny the divinity of Jesus Christ, the author goes into great depth of verses to counter their claims.

So, while learning about cults your faith in Jesus Christ and knowledge of the doctrines of Christianity will be strengthened at the same time. Enjoy!

Quick and to the point summary of why you should believe what we read about the events and chronological order of the end times, instead of just placing it on the backburner.

If you're curious about evidence for post-trib and come from a pre-trib background, prepare to get your feelings hurt, as the author does not hold back about how he feels concerning such doctrines. But this reprimanding is done so in a loving and correctional way.

I disagree with a few things in the very last minutes of the book, as I don't believe the Bible teaches Jesus + 'anything' for salvation, and simply on faith in Jesus saves you.

Any Christian of all denominations can read this book, learn about the end times, and rejoice. Knowing even though times will get very tough, we are in the Lord's hands.

The folks in Mike Erikson's small New England town would say he's just your average, everyday guy. And that's exactly how Mike likes it. Sure, the life he's chosen isn't much of a challenge to someone with his unique gifts, but he's content with his quiet and peaceful existence. That is, until an old friend presents him with an irresistible mystery, one that Mike is uniquely qualified to solve.

On account of the superficial points of agreement between Islam and Christianity, many don't see how tremendously deep the divides between them really are, and fewer still have considered the evidence for each faith. How is jihad different from the Crusades? Can we know the life of Jesus as well as the life of Muhammad? What reason is there to believe in one faith over the other, and what difference can the Gospel really make?
