I got hooked on this authors books when I read his Extinction Cycle series, and this series is turning out to be even better than that one. There are always a handful of characters in each of his books that you just cannot help but love, and at least a few that you really hate too. He is an extremely talented author, and the narrator in this book did an outstanding job as well.

First just let me say that I am a HUGE Matthew Mather fan. I think he is a brilliant writer and this book displayed that as well. Unfortunately, the first half was rather boring, yet hard for me to follow. I would give the first half 2 stars and the second half 4 stars. I just cannot imagine how he could have figured all of this out in his mind and then been able to get it onto paper, and have it all make perfect, brilliant sense. Because the second half was so well done, I will definitely read the second book in the series. I must find out what "they" have in mind to do about Atopia, and I must find out what path Atopia now takes!hard to get into, then BAM! I thought the performers did a really good job!

Another great book to move the series along. They are full of action and great story lines, and the characters are getting more and more fleshed out. I can't wait for the next book in the series!

This book starts a few years after book 1 ends, but fills you in right away. The story continues with some really good story lines for some of the characters we fell in love with in book 1! I did not see the epilogue coming AT ALL and think this is about one of the best twists that I have ever experienced in a series. I have already gotten audio book #3 and cannot wait to start it. I would recommend this series to anyone who likes dystopian/post apocalyptic stories.

I thoroughly enjoyed this time travel short story! The author just has a way of taking you back, and dropping you right smack dab into the center of your history book, and retelling the story as if you were there yourself. And the slow, easy speech of the narrator adds to it, and makes it all the more believable. My only complaint about the book is that it was not a full length novel. I think this is the 3rd time travel book I have read of Michael Bunkers, and all of them have been great. If you are like me and are into time traveling stories, his serial story he wrote called "Time Looters" is awesome! This author can really spin a tale, and is quickly becoming a favorite of mine.

If you like spy tales, Tim Tigner is great. This is no James Bond tale, this is more realistic. No fancy toys, no super human abilities, just honest to goodness spying! Great stores with awe inspiring talent to weave a story!

It takes you very little time to fall into this amazing story of self preservation, love and deceit. The future is built and we must follow along and reacquaint ourselves with the universe!
Well written and performed. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed this short story. The author always does a great job of placing the reader/listener right there with the characters in his stories, and this one was no exception. The story really makes you stop and think the WHAT IF'S of being able to go back in time. What would you change? What would you lose if you did? The narration was very well done as well.
