Nobody knew where it came from. Nobody knew why it came. When an eight-foot-tall man made of stone appears in the middle of a busy city center one July afternoon, two-bit (and antisocial) reporter Andy Pointer assumes it's just a publicity stunt. Indeed, so does everyone else...until the Stone Man begins to walk, heading silently through the wall of the nearest building, flattening it, and killing several people inside as a result.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Not usually a fan of horror/sci-fi genre but was intrigued by the content of this book. It made me want to listen to see what was the next twist. Worth a read.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked the way the author explored the feelings and emotions of the characters. It made them real and the story had some unexpected twists.

What about Matt Addis’s performance did you like?

I liked all the character voices, good job!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I was sad about Andy's demise and the way his life went downhill. Paul seemed to suffer more initially but came out on top in the end.

Any additional comments?

I work with lots of autistic people who have quirks like Andy. Does the author 'know' these people well?

Quinn Reynolds is tired of being in the driver's seat of his family's company, Formula Racing Design. He's ready to sell - if he can get his coowner and brother, Mac, to agree. Would you try another book from Dee J. Adams and/or Dee J. Adams?

NO

Has Danger Zone turned you off from other books in this genre?

YES

What didn’t you like about Dee J. Adams’s performance?

so condescending and the fact that she thought she had a winner

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

anger, disgust and pity for the writer can only seem to write soft porn

Any additional comments?

I am not a prude but to have a explicit sex scene in nearly every chapter turns me right off this author and I would not recommend her books
