Yara Phillips is a wandering muse. She dates men who need her, but always moves on to something new, never staying in one place for very long. David Lisey is in need of a muse. A talented musician lacking lyrical inspiration. When he first sees her, he knows he's found what he's been seeking. Yara believes she can give David exactly what he needs to reach his full potential: a broken heart.

I think this was a good wrap up to the series, but I also don't know if it was necessary? Although I do enjoy when a story is told from another point of view.

This has been my favorite male narrator from her books.

When Warren has the opportunity to live with a female roommate, he instantly agrees. It could be an exciting change. Or maybe not. Especially when that roommate is the cold and seemingly calculating Bridgette. Tensions run high and tempers flare as the two can hardly stand to be in the same room together. But Warren has a theory about Bridgette: Anyone who can hate with that much passion should also have the capability to love with that much passion. And he wants to be the one to test this theory.

Every time I read a Colleen Hoover book, I think they are my new favorite characters. But when I think about them all, this series is the one that gives me the most feels (followed VERY closely by Ugly Love).

Sadly, the editing of the Maybe Not audio is choppy at times, with obvious cuts when re- recorded audio was dubbed in. It's a bit of a disruption at times and it's a shame because otherwise this is actually my favorite male narrator in her books.
