I thought i was going to hear about some secret nerve the whole audio, but it was only for about 30 minutes, when he talked about it in whales and some other animals. Interesting that there can be some nerve, but i did not hear anything about it that i can use.

Also he talked about online dating, people who collect stuff, and some other stuff too.

I give it 2 stars. For telling me about this nerve.

It is sad that this book is so motivating for me, but still there are some key ingridience missing.

I was imaginging Silver Stallone reading the book all the time, it would be cool if he had done that.. but the most importand part is missing.. the exersices. Without them this book is a 3 star book, but should be 5 star!

There is an invisible barrier that stands in the way of our happiness. The evidence is all around us. Only the few are willing to see it. And these people succeed where most others fail. What is it that stands in the way between us and the kind of success we've always dreamed of? Fear. It's true. Even the most successful people in the world fear losing what they have gained.

I kind of expected more from this book. I am feeling a bid negative lately and I was hoping for this book to be my doze. I still feel negative.

The good side is that I am now more aware of people that drain my energy(energy vampires) and I can deal with those people with the advice suggested in this book.

This book also give you 3 meditation exersice whic is good to do when you are stressed and it helps you to make a better energy in your relationship.

The most importand question for me after this book is. Am I a energy vampire to my friends and how can i improve my energy in my life. Her voice kind of annoyed me though.

I did not know what lucid dreaming was until I read this book. According to it, it is to know that you are dreaming when you are dreaming. I always know this. But this book teaches you the teaqniques to be able to know that you are dreaming when you are.

It says that you can chose your dream. F.eks. 1850 in iceland. And it will appear in the dream if you ask for.

For me. I can fly in my dreams. I can call someones name, and he will appear in my dream. It is recomanded to use lucid dreams to face your fears. When you have nightmares.. realise you are having one and face the monster. Ask yourself in the dream, what that can be.

I gave it only 3 stars cause I knew so much about this before, it is great to know for people who are interested about dreams, but not if you want to solve your dreams.

I thought this book was going to be about teaching kids some affirmations to feel good. But it is for the kids. It is a recording of some kid with brittish accent repeating herself over and over again. For me, it was a waste of money. If I was 7-11 years.. it would be good to buy it.
