The Importance of Being Earnest: A Trivial Comedy for Serious People is a play by Oscar Wilde. First performed on February 14, 1895, at the St James' Theatre in London, it is a farcical comedy in which the protagonists maintain fictitious persona to escape burdensome social obligations. Working within the social conventions of late Victorian London, the play's major themes are the triviality with which it treats institutions as serious as marriage and the resulting satire of Victorian ways.

The silly expectations of society..the dialogue...the narrator all give the audience the fun and clever writing of Oscar Wilde.

A BDSM story that takes places mostly over the internet.

Sophia comes home one day to find her husband in bed with another woman...this shouldn’t be a surprise as their marriage has fallen apart from the first 506 months of marriage, she’s known he is sleeping around. Right at this point I lost any real interest for the heroine..she had no reason to remain or do nothing about her cheating husband.
It never seemed like a good reason for her to stay with him.
Then she goes out with her friend to a bar, runs into some young guy..who asked her about going to a BDSM club with him...she doesn’t but she begins to research on line and enter chat rooms.
This is where she begins a relationship with an online dom...
I really have no problem with BDSM stories..just depends on what is involved. I couldn’t find anything likable about the dom either ...so between having a distaste or indifference to the H and h I just didn’t really enjoy the story.
The narrator did a nice job.

I love Leslie North books..this one turned out to be a favorite when I wasn’t sure at the beginning.
Khalid is the youngest brother of three, painting is his passion, but his father forced him into business, it was art but still business. This seemed to sour him.
Katie is American, her mother from Dubai (where this takes place), who died, and disowned by a father who would not accept her art history education and wanted her in business.
Katie is looking for a curator position, but her beauty makes her a subject of desire and not her accomplishments.
Khalid was really cold, and then hot and cold with Katie...this is what I didn’t care about him, but his transformation is worth it...Katie is strong and independent..a woman of determination.
The narrator did an excellent job with the accents, make and female voices and kept me engaged. Another great story!

Basically men are dumb when they are young and it takes until 30 to figure things out..but getting there was interesting.
