Laugh Out Loud Fun
David Sedaris does it again, with Me Talk Pretty One Day. This book, a collection of short stories and journal entries, is truly a gem. It is laugh out loud funny and insightful as well. I strongly recommend it.

Where does Earth Breathing rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Its the most clear way for me to feel grounded within my body and feel the immer peace that usually alludes me. This is compared to other types if medttaiton recordings. This is very somatic or body based breathing technique.
