If you could sum up Empath: A Beginner's Guide to Thriving in Life as a Highly Sensitive Individual - How to Understand and Develop Your Gift in three words, what would they be?

This book has really educated me on a lot of things about empath. It provides good reminders of basic things in life for an empath. I’m really satisfied with the detailed information not just the social aspects of empathy but also the scientifically presented arguments which provide knowledge.
