Imagine, just 12 weeks from now, having the lean, healthy body you've always wanted and not having to turn your life upside down to get it. Imagine having the energy to be at your peak from dawn to dusk, having the confidence to do all the things you've been putting off, having the certainty to make the right decision at the right time, and knowing that you really do have the power to change, not just your body, but anything in this world you set your mind to.

No meat, too bland, too much filler

What disappointed you about Body for Life?

Just testimonials. No actual substance to the program. The "meat" of the book starts at the last 30 minutes of the book, and stops short.

What could Bill Phillips and Michael D'Orso have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

More substance! More step by step how-to. More examples of the exercises and recipes -- not just a bunch of testimonials from people who succeeded.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Too much background music. Hard to follow. Too many testimonials so it's distracting.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Body for Life?

The book seemed more like a salesletter or a news report on the program, and not the actual program itself.
