A discarded child fated to become a powerful Jarl - here is the story of Sidroc. Fate guides the path of his father, Hrald, to his meeting with the woman whose son would help change the face of ninth-century Angle-land. An ever-growing rivalry between Sidroc and his cousin Toki defines the boys' early years. Their young uncle, Yrling, knows success as a raider in far-off Angle-land, and trains his nephews in the ways of the warrior. Ahead of them is the perilous crossing of the North Sea, which stands between them and the plunder they seek.

I was slightly disappointed when I saw this book was a sort of prequel to the Ceridwen Series. Disappointed in the fact that I would have to wait a little longer to see where fate leads Sidroc and Ceridwen. However, I was not disappointed long and will say, this book was excellent. We've read of Sidroc throughout the Ceridwen Series but this really delved deeper into where he came from, his boyhood, and the circumstances that shaped him. He is one of my favorite characters and it was great for him to have his own saga.

Lacey Terwilliger's shock and humiliation over her husband's philandering prompt her to add some bonus material to Mike's company newsletter: stunning Technicolor descriptions of the special brand of "administrative support" his receptionist gives him. The detailed mass e-mail to Mike's family, friends, and clients blows up in her face, and before one can say "instant urban legend", Lacey has become the pariah of her small Kentucky town and a media punch line....

Where does And One Last Thing... rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I enjoyed this one as much as I have enjoyed Harper's other books.

What was one of the most memorable moments of And One Last Thing...?

When Monroe tries to save Lacey from drowning when she was actually skinny dipping! She proceeds to tell him off then storm away...naked.

Which character – as performed by Amanda Ronconi – was your favorite?

In this series, Lacey.

If you could rename And One Last Thing..., what would you call it?

The title is perfect

Any additional comments?

I wish this wasn't a stand alone book (even though it makes sense for the story). I would love to read more about Lacey's adventures.
