This book lets you touch base with all the characters. I love finding out what's happening with everyone. Eric G. Dove does a wonderful job giving voices to everyone. I never got confused as to who was talking. It was really touching and full of great insight when Jackson and Ben have their discussion about Ben's "dad".

Shark attorney meets smoking hot firefighter. I loved this story of Pen Gallagher and Bridger (or Bwidge as said by an adorable little girl) Calhoun. This one had me angry (at the law firm partners) and in tears (about Bridger's family). As usual, Eric G. Dove does a wonderful job narrating an amazing book. Can't wait for more!

Jackson and Veronica were high school sweethearts in secret. After a tragedy his father threw him out. Veronica was heartbroken and after Jackson left she found out she was pregnant. Her plans to leave with Jackson were ruined. Jackson's friend married her. She grew to love him. He died after several years. Jackson returned because Ruby told him it was time and she needed his help. This is where the magic begins....
Eric G. Dove does a wonderful job of narrating. I just loved Abigail and Beth, and, of course, Ben.

Ruby decides to plan a surprise wedding for Scarlett and asks for help from Maddie. Maddie calls Scarlett and suggests they plan a surprise wedding for Ruby. The whole town gets involved. I love the other people we've read about being involved. Eric G. Dove does a great "Ruby". He makes her sound so fiesty.

I love Eric G. Dove's narration, especially when he does the children. He gets just the innocence and spunkiness that children have. Mackey is a Hollywood stuntman who comes home to Texas to recuperate from an accident. Rissa is Scarlott's cousin and prickly as a cactus. Her brother and sister left her alone to deal with the ranch and her cantakerous father. Sparks real fly between these two.

Scarlett thought she was alone with no family left after her mother died. While going through her mother's papers she found she had a grandmother in Texas. She needed a place to hide out until it was time to testify against men who used her restaurant to hide their bad actions.
I absolutely loved this story. When she meets her grandmother had me crying for joy. I got a kick out of her meeting Ian for the first time. (Why can't all men be Texas men? The world would be a much better place. Sigh)
Eric G. Dove does a great job of narrating.
As usual, another wonderful book by Jean Brashears.

Case Marshall helps out a woman on the run from danger. He takes her to hide out on his ranch, but the bad guys follow. I loved the dramatic excitement in this book. And Eric G. Dove, as always, does a fabulous narration.

He is an actor who, on his way home to see his family, rescues a woman on the side of the road. She is on the run from an abusive husband. Before he left Hollywood he attended a party where a fortune teller informed him that his soul mate is living in the same time as he is and she needs his help. He is skeptical. She keeps having visions of a past life that feature a man with green eyes.
I loved how this book had flashbacks to their previous lives. And Eric G. Dove did a great job of reading this book. When I read it before I didn't give it the correct amount of drama. Eric brought that out. Just proves to me that listening to an audible book is better.

He was having visions of a little boy and his mother in danger. Then he met them when he went to visit his brother. She was an actress being stalked by a deranged man. I loved the interaction between Quinn and Grant, her young boy. I really liked how she helped Quinn overcome his grief as he was helping her get over her attack. Eric G. Dove narrates beautifully.

Dev is a private investigator charged with finding the "lost" sister. Imagine his surprise when she turns out to be Lacey, a girl from his past. I loved the back story of the trouble his father was in and who caused it, and how it affected Lacey and Devlin in the present. Eric Dove does such a good job of reading on the Audible book. Jean Brashear always provides a great story.
