good story, good narration , about 25 extra chapters. the main character said the same thing at least twice (in slightly different ways) nearly every time she spoke.

Disappointing. I love Taylor Jackson, but this was just bad romance for 80% of the book. The story line felt like an unnecessary detour in the overall TJ story.
I enjoy the narrator's Tennessee accents, Taylor's team and most of the men, but her British is awful to the point of distraction. I'm hoping this was an experiment and am excited to see what happens next.

she hasn't disappointed me yet!

another great TJ story. the only negative for me is that our consistently good narrator is terrible with foreign accents. :-(

not a happy story, but a good one

the narrator was quite good. it is not a feel good story, neither did I find it particularly scary, but it was absorbing, well written and fascinating. even though it is fictional, real people did explore like this. it's a very good thing it wasn't up to me to find the north west passage.

I still got hung up on the repetitive adjectives, but liked the characters a lot.

it took me a long time to get through, just because it was really intense. good psychological thrillers can make me anxious, and this one definitely did.

is everything. the narrator for this title did not work well for me. the story was good and the concepts interesting but occasionally the explanation of ideas was a bit exhausting.
