Hidden Bodies is now my 2nd favorite book - the 1st being YOU also written by Caroline Kepnes. Joe is now moving across country to CA & his own cast of judgment is just so typical Joe! I truly feel the reason I love this series so much is the way Santino Fontana brings the character Joe to life. He is sarcastic & REAL! in this novel the reader gets to hear Joe off in an unfamiliar location starting anew. That in itself is just funny. Living a "normal" life is never just normal for Joe. And as a reader you are constantly wondering when or if he will get caught. All I can say - please Cafoline Kepnes - let me have a 3rd favorite book narrated by Santino Fontana. 5 stars is not enough for this series!

The storyline of Ivy was dead on for her character based on previous books. A bad-a** ex-navy seal is basically the only person in this world who would attract Ivy's attention so I found that to be realistic. I actually enjoy all of K.A. Tucker's books but this particular version performed by Olvia Song was almost unbearable. Every time "Ivy"'s chapter came up and she spoke in any type of "male" voice it made me want to turn it off - yes its that bad. Sebastian York is phenomenal as usual and I wish Elizabeth Louise was the narrator for Ivy hence the 3 stars for performance.

First let me say, Will Patton is one of my FAVORITE narrators! He did a fantastic job as usual and I would listen to him read the dictionary! Second, SK never disappoints. If you enjoyed Mr. Mercedes then you will enjoy this book as well. Every character and their actions are realistic. There is not sic-fy in here and I find these books outstanding of SK's writing power. How he can flip a switch the way he does is unbelievable. I advised my Dad who is not a SK fan that this book is a true mystery but one with so many corners you have to peak around its a thriller too. He thanked me for both Mr. Mercedes and Finders Keepers. I hope King continues with the retired detective and his little scooby-doo gang.

I liked this story. It was unique and did hold my interest. If you are a true Walking Dead fan then you may enjoy this book. While you are not on the actual streets with Zombies the entire time, you do see how how evolved the Zombies can become. Its a different take on that kind of world and I feel like I got my credit's worth by listening to this story.

I really enjoy K. A. Tcuker's books as every character has their own story and yet they are all "related" in some aspect. In Chasing River, the sister of Jesse, the Sherrif's daughter goes on a world trip to expand her surroundings and while visiting Ireland she is an innocent bystander of a pipe-bomb. Her "savior" is not the typical man she would get involved with but their chemistry is too much for her not to pursue. This is a typical, easy-reading novel that makes me fall in love with K.A. Tucker's books as each one becomes available. They all have the same romantic notion but go deep into the character's feelings and develop their individual stories and story-lines. This book will not disappoint if you like this author.

What made the experience of listening to You the most enjoyable?

OK so I drive while listening to audio books and lets just say I drove EXTRA time just to keep listening! This book grabs your attention from the start and never lets go. Its almost as if the main character says and does things I WANT to do but b/c I am not deranged I hold back on society.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Obviously Joe! He has a disturbing way of looking at life but its an honest way, or at least in his own head its an honest way. He is a stalker, but has a valid reason of his own as to why he is doing the things he does and how he presents himself to the world and how he presents himself to the reader are so fantastic and real...it makes you laugh b/c there are things he does and says that make you think, ya I would have wanted to say that....

Which scene was your favorite?

Chapter 14 when Joe and Beck are walking thru Ikea with the Chinese family behind them with screaming, mis-bahved kids & Chapter 38 when Joe is on Subway listening to "dr" Nickki's notes about Beck and his sessions. Joe has a complete meltdown that is realistic and somewhat funny!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I cannot pick just one moment b/c the entire book is just that good! I cannot wait till March 2016 when the sequel Hidden Bodies comes out and I just hope and pray that there is an entire series based on this character and that Santino Fontana narrates them ALL. I do not think there could be another voice for Joe after listening to his performance b/c he nailed it - truly.

Any additional comments?

I am truly happy I had gotten a "suggestion" from Audible.com staff picks introducing me to this book. I feel this is one I will ALWAYS keep on my iPhone to re-listen to. Thank You Caroline Kepnes!

I don't know why I absolutely enjoyed this story so much - maybe b/c it brought me back to high-school days or maybe its b/c John Green did such an incredible job making his characters so real, the reader could relate to each and every one. The narrators were both fantastic and actually I searched for more books read by each. This book is a typical John Green novel and it was worth the credit and more. The storyline about a straight and a gay HS boy was genius - and quite honestly, esp today (I would know seeing how my daughter is in show choir and has many gay friends) coming out as a HS boy is tough and JG portrayed it perfectly in his novel Will Grayson, Will Grayson. My Favorite character other than the gay WG, was def. Tiny Cooper!

I read the first novel, Hopeless, and thought OK. Good narration, good story-line. The only reason I bought the second book was b/c of Kirby Heyborne being the narrator. He absolutely made me LOVE both these books now. The author writing both novels from the point of view of the girl and the guy was genius. We the reader got to be inside both parties' heads and it was obviously different in each book, yet the storyline remained constant. If you every read Gone Girl, (which BTW Kirby also narrated), its on the same lines as that. The story was realistic but sad. Worth the credit to my ears....

I looked for a book similar to The Sea of Tranquility and this one kept popping up. Thus I purchased it. While the other portion of this book read by Kirby Heyborne (Losing Hope) maybe better I am just not sure it can top TSOT! It had the same characters in a way so I am happy I did listen to it. If you are looking for a teen love story with a little twist, then this is it.

I think SK did a fabulous job showing how a little boy named Danny Torrence grew up after going thru the Overlook ordeal and working with whatever outcome he had to work with throughout his adult life. That part was realistic, esp AA. The other part of the story just added to SK's imagination and kept us readers interested in mind telepathy as well as ghosts even coming from the old story the Shinning, As SK even admits at the end of his novel, sometimes a sequel (most times) cannot compare to the original, this one came pretty darn close. Worth the credit and more....
