This audiobook is really great! Overthinking is not good at all. But this book tells me how I can work on myself to

beat all of them, Becoming much more productive and enjoying a new quality of life. Great book & Learned several

things!

Advertising, loosened standards in TV programs and movies, and the availability of adult content are all making our children and many parents, actually believe that ten-year-olds should be concerned about deodorant, and engage in sexual behaviors. Thanks for the creator for this excellent content guidebook.

This definitely seems like an incredible drug and it’s interesting that it’s illegal. Has raised more
questions than it’s answered but i’m intrigued.

So many books on this topic are so complicated and hard to digest, which only feeds the overwhelm of it all. This book left me feeling confident I could actually improve.

I finished the rubik's cube and really enjoyed the extras at the end of the audio. It talked
about the founder, the history and the benefits of being able to do the cube.

Very helpful. I bought this book 3 times, for myself and for gifts to friends. I have chronic pain, fatigue,

depression, and brain damage that makes it very hard to stay on task. But I've made quite a bit of improvement and

managed to pace myself within reason. I like her blunt way of pointing out the excuses we make for ourselves, yet at

the same time she acknowledges our limitations and gives practical steps to meet manageable goals. I wish I took a

before and after photo of my environment while reading the book.
