This one is a “Must Hear” audiobook!
I recommend this audiobook to ages 18 + due to explicit adult situations, even though they are tastefully written.

This story is definitely worth the time it takes to listen .
The situations used by the author to build the storyline are quite relatable. Though adult situations were described, they were tastefully done. An enjoyable audiobook that I would recommend for ages 17 and older. I’ve heard several books of the same gender where the author, in my opinion, took to much time lay groundwork for their book before any action took place. Not so with “The Enhancer”!
I was given this audiobook to listen to for free, and I give my honest opinion freely.

Good storyline. Progressed smoothly. Wish I had heard the 1st one, it would have made following storyline easier to follow, as it appears to have left the previous book in a “cliffhanger”, as the second book ends. Well written!

Foundation to storyline was well-laid by Jake Bible. After having heard several of his available audiobooks, I’ve learned that this author does not write the same old thing over and over, but each one I’ve heard was like a finger print. Similar but distinctly different!
The narrator Andrew Wehrlen, has the well seasoned voice for excellent narration. He does a masterful work when speaking the different voices for each gender or nationality.
This book in itself, was really unique that how it involves military, science fiction, and time travel in one story, and never leaves earth!
I wouldn’t recommend this book for anyone under 18 due to, language, adult situations, and blood.
I do recommend this book for any adult who wants to hear a good fiction story that actually could happen !

Poor recording quality. Narrator has good annunciation, but did not show good editing skills. Use of a good wind mask on microphone would help. A 15-20 % reduction of high frequency with a 5% increase in low frequency would help a lot.

Did not like how it took 1.5 chapters to describe some characters. That could have easily been done as book progressed, though the writer may have felt that was necessary. In video games, main characters usually start with few skills, low ratings, and poor strengths. They are introduced and awarded as game progresses. Was hard to follow at first, but gradually built into a strong storyline. I grew to enjoy it quite a lot.
Would not recommend this to under 17 yrs old audience due to several adult situations and descriptions. I did like how characters developed friendships.
