Excellent information. It would be hard to implement all the advice in this book and perform all the exercises though. I like the content in the book and the way the author explains the topics, I will recommend this book to everyone. Highly recommend this book.

Concentration, forcus, memory, learning are one of the most (if not the most) useful brain skills you would need in your everyday life, so I think it’s very important to work on that part, and this book shares some great exercises and tips for it.
