Good, factual, but seems to drag more than the other books Bill has written in this series. This was somewhat too detailed for me, as well as written on a personal basis by one of Patton's fellow officers.

Conversation among people really turns around persuasion if you think about it. Yet simple chit-chat between 2 friends is a battle of the will. Both people are trying to get the other person to see his/her point of view. Some people are easily influenced while others take a lot of work. Anyway, this book is an excellent read and should help you to broaden your understanding of human performance if nothing else.
