Indeed, the author of this book is into MMA training. This books is very detailed. I like the part where it teaches its listeners on how to increase endurance. I also love the trick that the author imparts to increase the hours that opponents rests during the fight. I knew that it will not work all the time but still, it is better to knew that MMA fighters has tricks in their sleeves.

Even if you think the RV lifestyle is just for old people or those with too much time on their hands, it's likely that the romance of living on the road has struck you at one time or another. Waking up every morning and having all of nature as your view, clocking in to work at your own schedule, or living in the open and away from it all. The freedom and endless possibilities of living in an RV have appealed to us all.

The world of tantric lovemaking is a mysterious and exciting one. We've all likely heard of tantra when it comes to massage and sex, usually from an adventurous friend, but so few of us know what tantric lovemaking is and what it could do for our relationships. Tantra, as it is known to us in the modern world of lovemaking, has its roots in ancient Hindu tradition. The concept behind it is to make the spiritual physical and to make the divine into the everyday.

The attractions of Thailand are endless - ancient monasteries, ruined cities, Buddhist monks, rave parties, colorful hill tribes, exotic wildlife, floating markets, dense rainforests, tropical islands, pristine coral reefs, and golden beaches. You'll almost certainly start your adventures in Bangkok. Allow a couple of days to soak up the capital's lively atmosphere, including at least one night on the notorious Khao San Road, before going north to Thailand's second city Chiang Mai or south to the islands. To do both, you'll need at least a fortnight.

This isn't a complete travel guide since it doesn't have anything about transportation and all that. It is more of a very long blog post in friendly book form highlighting 25 awesome things to do and they all definitely sound awesome. But those blogs often add pictures especially if they are a list-type. This falls under the list type and I expected something similar or better. But I am going to Thailand next month and this is still better than stressing myself out looking for different webpages online!
