Point of advice: Use your phone's notepad to jot anything down that piques your interest. This book is packed with way too many pointers to simply be making mental notes of everything. This book should be mandatory for every teenager. These habits need to be learned young!

This is a very simple and understandable book. The author starts with an overview of the hypnosis process and how it works with your mind. Then he explains how to use the suggested self-hypnosis scripts that follow. I have listen about a dozen books on hypnotherapy and this is by far my favorite. I appreciate that the author focuses on helping the reader achieve his/her goals through self-hypnosis instead of his own specializes.

I was finding it difficult to find something for the ketogenic diet for Vegans, there was plenty written for vegetarians but not much for us poor vegans. Anyway found this and there are a mixture of vegan and vegetarian recipes which I am happy with.

I’ve bought a few of these, my kids actually prefer the Tired Bunny series, but that’s just because their bedtime cuddly toys are bunnies. The stories are basically harmless poems full of sleep time suggestions.
