Great story, excellent narration, one of the best purchases I've made on audible. Every book in the series is performed with same excellent voice actress.

What did you like best about this story?

The narrator. The story thus far is pretty much every rehash of "Vampires Gone Wild". I must say that Ron Perlman makes this an incredible audio book.

Have you listened to any of Ron Perlman’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I groaned when I saw Ron Perlman was the narrator. Then I listened to him. I completely under estimated his ability. He does Polish Grandma through Cholo flawlessly. Probably the best audio book I own. I hope he does more audio books.

Would you consider the audio edition of Silicon Mage to be better than the print version?

Great story, really a mix of fantasy/mystery/romance. Writing style is fantastic and the reader was really really good.

Have you listened to any of Nicole Poole’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No I had not listened to her before. She was an excellent reader.

Would you try another book from Anne McCaffrey and/or Adrienne Barbeau?

Really disappointing. Purchased book without realizing it was abridged. I don't recommend this audio book. .

What could Anne McCaffrey have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Better reader, and unabridged. It read like a "Golden Book".

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Disappointment.

Any additional comments?

Abridged version of this book sucked.
