There are so many good ideas in this book. keep in mind the potty training part is actually pretty short. 1/4 is about behavior in children, which is also good.

I'm struggling with this review. I wanted to love every bit of this book. I really need inspiration right now. It's crazy how similar Rachel and I are in our life stories. I actually thought about writing my own book, but now I think my story has been similarly written. well, minus the money and fame. I would never judge the things or amount of things she's been through. I've read reviews on this book that fault her for having not experience enough trauma. I think her experience with her brother is pretty traumatic. i also grew up with an angry father and it ain't easy.
the reason I can't give this book all my stars is because it sometimes read like she was boasting about her life, and read almost like a journal. I didn't expect that from a self help book. I didn't need a biography of this womans whole life. I needed her to say more like her last chapter. I need her to push me to new heights throughout all the chapters. it's an interesting read and I'm not mad I spent time on it.
