After reading A New Earth several times, I now listen to the audio version for a refresher. It is one of my all-time favorite books. While I can't claim an ability to always remain in the moment, it provides practical tools which get me back on track. Each time I revisit A New Earth I am able to remove anxiety and feel more joyous.
