This audiobook is about hypnosis and how to use it effectively. It will teach you what hypnosis is and how to hypnotize both individuals and groups of people anytime and anywhere you choose. No prior experience of hypnosis is required to understand and apply the knowledge in this book. The techniques are deceptively simple yet incredibly powerful. They are entirely practical and have been road tested over many years, with thousands of people.

Reluctant to ever say, "I loved it," but I did enjoy it considerably! To have the author narrate the book, gives a unique perspective as to how the setups and inductions should be performed.

I would recommend this book, but I would prefer to keep it a secret for myself!

Empower Your Fear focuses in on leveraging what scares you, applying real strategies to get you unstuck, and doing the things that scare you no matter where you are at in life. My motto is: "It's never too late if you start today." As we will see in this book, the problem isn't about "getting rid of the fear" that is controlling you; it's adapting to your fear and leveraging it as a motivator to take action. The fear is here to stay; how you respond to it ultimately decides your level of success.

Cannot say I loved it, but it did hold my interest. Some notable valid points in the text. If I can follow the suggestions made by the author, I am sure I will notice a change.

The narration was clear and precise with attention holding inflection. I would recommend.
