Brought the story and emotions to life...they did an excellent job

Where does Deadly Lies rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I loved this book...lots of suspense...good romance and for once they figured out who the killer was and didn't fall into an obvious trap so in this series it is definitely ranked pretty high

What was one of the most memorable moments of Deadly Lies?

I was really surprised when I found out who the main killer was...that was the most memorable...I love it when I don't figure that out

What about Justine Eyre’s performance did you like?

I like her voice for female character but dislike the way she makes it for the male characters...it really is hard to listen to at first

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It really surprised me who the killer was. I don't want to spoil anything for someone who has not read yet but the the scene with the main father and the son made me cry. I was also teary with one of the other fathers...don't want to spoil it so not going into detail.

Any additional comments?

This is one of my favorites for this series

Thought she did well for all characters in this book

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Liked when hero met brothers....it was funny

Any additional comments?

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Witness [Brilliance Audio Edition]?

When Abigail told Brooks her secret

Have you listened to any of Julia Whelan’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes very good narrator...this one was as good as her others

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The whole story is moving...Nora Roberts has a way of bringing her stories to life...i don't think any of her novels that I have read have ever been anything but moving. Her stories and characters bring you in...keep you involved and always leave you feeling sorry that the book has ended...always wanting more. Her novels are fantastic but her short stories are not the same

Would you consider the audio edition of Deadly Fear to be better than the print version?

Didn't read print version so don't know

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

Yes it was interesting but a little predictable

What three words best describe Justine Eyre’s performance?

Not good with male voice characters...almost ruins it. But female character voices are ok

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes it kept me going until the end which it started to be a little predictable and it is irritating when i can figure out who the killer is and the trained agents are not really suspicious of him...always someone else they are focusing on...kind of gets tired

Any additional comments?

I did enjoy the book but needs to have both female and male narrators or have a different narrator because this narrator makes the male lead very unattractive almost painful to listen to that voice

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The story wasn't that involved, not really very much action and rusty over reacted and acted like a total brat

What was most disappointing about Maya Banks’s story?

Not really much of a story line and the whole thing with rusty was childish and really stupid. It seemed like a really long story considering the substance felt much shorter

What does Tad Branson bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Good voices and emotion was portrayed well

Was Brighter Than the Sun worth the listening time?

It was ok but did not really feel like a complete book... it was missing a lot. I enjoyed the other books in this series a lot more than this one

Any additional comments?

Not much of a story and rusty's reaction was ridiculous and it felt like there was no substance to it. Also it seemed like they knew each other for 2 days and they are getting married....the book really felt like 1 chapter
