This book has taken it's place on the kitchen counter! The food is tasty and filling. I would not guess that the food was from a diet cookbook. I have tried many diet meals from frozen to fresh and Weight Watchers is definitely the way to go. Good balanced meals that keep you on your diet plan with ease. The weight comes off as expected with WW; in a healthy manner. Your body is not overloaded with one type of food and there are no gimmicks. Just safe and healthy weight loss.

Cheryl's book is a great roadmap for Type II diabetics to follow. The only negative is his promulgation of artificial sweeteners, which are very toxic. I hope in a future book he would consider promoting natural healthy alternatives such.

Oh goodness, this was a much needed guide book for me. I do have social anxiety and I feel extremely nervous while meeting new people or communicating with my colleagues or classmates! I lose my self-confidence and I get anxious, I get negative thoughts about being judged.Thankfully, I got this book for free but I wouldn't have mind if I would have paid few cents for it..
Tyler cook has explained the points of social anxiety in this short and simple book giving details about the causes and how to overcome shyness, fear of being judged, to adopt a positive attitude and relax...
This book has definitely given me confidence to stand out in the crowd, communicate better and feel good.
I really liked this book :)

It’s almost scary how many times I agreed with the things written in this book. As someone who loves language, I found myself learning so much about phrases that I see so often in sales conversations .The specific use cases for phrases was also very helpful. A short read that will keep you thinking for a long time, make sure this book is on your desk.

I first listen this book when my oldest (now 6 years old) was an infant, and re-visited it when my youngest (now 3 years old) was born. I am not exaggerating when I say that this book was a lifesaver for us! We were desperate for more sleep for ourselves and our children, but did not want to take the "cry it out" approach because it just went against every instinct we had as parents. This book gave us so many different gentle strategies to try and with both children we were able to find a combination of things that really helped everyone to get our much-needed rest. I have since passed my copy along to my little sister who has a brand new baby, and I hope it helps her family as much as it did our. I can't recommend it highly enough!!
