Give it a try

Some of the comments appear to be biased.
I enjoyed the listen and learned much.
The author conducted a memoir of a year living in and learning about a country different from her own.
Featured the good and the bad reasonably well.

Must read

Learned a lot.
Great narration.
I’d recommend it.
Life is messy, it’s what makes us human and at the cutting edge.

Excellent.

The audio is well produced, the narration amazing, the writing just defines the term 'excellent'.

Good but too long for content

Perhaps I got irritated with the reader, or maybe not... The parts are beneficial and offered helpful info but the latter speaks of macro applications and society wide changes that are not useful for parent readers -- noble, but not very helpful.
A good book to go through nonetheless, although several solid journal article would have covered the same content, but still a good use of audible credit.

Well written, worth the credit

Great for everyone mildly interested in sports.
The writing was superb, the narration equally as good.
In the end it is both nurture and nature that accounts for world class top athletic performance, but the trip to this conclusion is worth the hours of listening.

Good ideas on today's world for women

A good read/listen. Time will tell if the author's ideas make the world a more equal place to live in.

Great book!

This new mom does not have much time to type, but this was a real great set of presentations/lectures.

Great book

The only thing I wish changed is that I enjoy this author reading his own book. A good read indeed.
