When Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert of Green Gables, Prince Edward Island, send for a boy orphan to help them out at the farm, they are in no way prepared for the error that will change their lives. The mistake takes the shape of Anne Shirley, a redheaded 11-year-old girl who can talk anyone under the table. Fortunately, her sunny nature and quirky imagination quickly win over her reluctant foster parents. Anne's feisty spirit soon draws many friends - and much trouble - her way.

48 hours after my ex-husband announced his decision I found myself looking for answers and got this book as a magical gift from heaven. Susan saved my life really, gave me clear instructions on what to do next. It could't find a better counselor than her, what I was hearing was taking me out of that darkness I was passing through. I gave me hope that I will be strong again and will see this sad path as the past one day. I have listened to it twice over the course of these two years, and every time it reminds me that I gave myself the best gift... hope. I wish it was in Spanish and I wish I could have hundreds of copies that I could give to people when I see them struggling with their divorce. This book gave me life, and helped me to start quickly on my path of healing. It is necessary to those who are getting through a break up.

For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

His narrative style is great!, is like listening to him over a glass of wine. What a great book, what a great approach of life, will listen to it again and again. It constantly questions you about the sense of your Status Quo and why following the crowds, why needing so much approval, why, why why... this book is a good reminder that life is simple, that we make it so complicated and so empty, that we look for things without sense and meaning. I loved it!
