This story has it all--interesting characters, an exciting plot, new worlds, new species, evil villains, a touching love story, and hot sex! The narrator has a voice that is so good, you just want him to keep talking into your ear all night long!

I read all the time, and always within this genre. Unfortunately, most of the books in this genre are just okay. This one has characters that are so real. The female lead could be your neighbor. The male is so kind hearted and gorgeous. The kids were so cute. The story was heartwarming. Loved the world building too! Great book!

Great series! I am on my fourth book and look forward to more. The alien guys are super hot, the sex is sizzling and the plot is always heart-warming with a happily ever after ending. The only thing not good is the narration. The female narrator does a good job but is not believable as a huge alien guy. The not-right voice takes away from the performance. Please hire a guy to perform the male voices!

I couldn't finish this book. It had a lot of good reviews, so I thought I would read it, but I couldn't. I hated being in high school the first time around. Not for adults.

This is one of the best books I've read in a long time! Having most of the story take place at the circus brought back some wonderful childhood memories. The lead male character is sexy, mysterious, tormented and complex. The lead female character is truly an angel. The supporting characters are endearing, especially the four footed ones. One of the best things about this book is the narrator --absolutely perfect for this tale. I loved every minute.

This book is action-packed; never a dull moment. Witty banter between the lead characters keeps you smiling. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

This book had a lot of potential. The story line was above average and really could have been outstanding, if there weren't other problems. There was way too much talking and not enough action; a whole page of yakking for what should have taken three sentences and the interaction between the two main characters was luke warm at best; not enough sizzle. I felt like I was reading a romance written for teenage girls. The narration was very good.

I can't write too much here because I don't want to give anything away. This book starts out good and gets better all the way through. If you like S. E. Smith, you will love this book. If you haven't read S. E. Smith, you will be hooked. Great story, great characters, great narrator!

More than the usual. This story was so tender; very emotional. Anyone with half a heart would fall in love with this flawed leading man. Or, uh, leading dragon.
