Would you consider the audio edition of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to be better than the print version?

If you're a slow reader, yes, I would recommend the audio version over the print book.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People?

The most memorable moments of 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: were the personal stories that relate to our human interactions whether with family, friends, or coworkers.

What does Stephen R. Covey bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The big plus that Stephen R. Covey brings to the story that I wouldn’t experience if I"d just read the book is the human voice that connects us to our emotional perspectives. The audio book helps bind those connections to our human-ness and empathetic perspective.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Yes, the moment that particularly moved me was the story of training the son to take responsibility for the yard work, setting up a plan, and letting the son know that dad would be available for support, coaching, and advice. Though the son didn't use these resources available to him, it was obvious that we as adults do the same thing. We have so many available resources and support to assist in achieving our goals, yet we don't utilize them. This was the most memorable and teaching moment for me in this book.

Any additional comments?

Highly recommended, especially for teenagers who have high goals for their future. It's a road map for those who are willing to take the time to "study the map" before "hitting the road" of life!

Second half was non-motivating;. Exercises could use research-based data rather than 'how-to-instruction'. Still Would Recommend.

To begin with, the narrator was excellent. He was clear and articulate. I liked the old English Theater instrumental music that separated the chapters. The narration flowed smoothly and coherent.

I found this audiobook to be an excellent resource to my library because I work with people. I bought the paperback years ago but never made time to read it.. So there it sat on my bookshelves for over 10 years. This book was recommended to me when I started attending Toastmaster International (a public speaking program).

Following are the reasons I recommend this audio book (or paperback/hardcover).

-- It shares tips for human inter-communication
-- It shares ideas of other's perspectives
-- It shares psychological statistics on human relations
--- Most importantly, it is a timeless classic in dealing with people whether a stay at home mom and/or dad, volunteer, business owner, and parents with children.

I gave it a 5-Star and highly recommend this resource.
