I feel like we all engage in a form of self torture when we allow the fearful voice in our head to run rampant and keep us stuck in replaying what went wrong in the past or what might go wrong in the future. Michael Singer clearly explains how to stop living in the emotional roller coaster of extremes and how to become the centered, powerful being you were meant to be by connecting with the flow of life in the present. This is a book I will listen to over and over again. I feel more centered, more aware, more at ease, and in the flow after listening to this book and The Surrender Experiment. Grateful to you, Michael Singer.
