I am not grateful that I bought this book. I bought this hoping it was an audiobook filled with affirmations, but alas it was just a guided meditation and relaxation with only four minutes of recorded affirmations to listen to. If you were looking for an audiobook filled with affirmations this is not the book for you. If you're looking for a guided relaxation meditation with only four minutes of affirmations at the very end and this is the book for you. I did however appreciate the narrators voice, so I gave it a few stars for that.

Overall I liked the book. I like the message. I do feel like the book should have come with some notes outlining the steps one is to take in the 21 day challenge. Most people are listening to audiobooks because our hands aren't free while we are taking in the information, so having a coordinating PDF of the associated assignments would be very helpful.
