This was a fun book to listen to. Although there were a couple of times when it could have been uncomfortable the author did a nice job on the really understanding both sides of the main character stories. I am glad that pikes son seems to have finally grown up but sad that Cam didn’t. Might be another story or two there. The sex was great in this book so if that’s your thing you’ll find that here. It was the story really although somewhat predictable, the story was one of those happily ever after in a weird way kind of book. I liked it a lot I look forward to more from this offer and the performers.

Gabe Hawkins - my new boss. My charming, relentless, panty-melting, billionaire of a boss. He hired me because of my brains, but it wasn't long after coming to work for him that I realized he's interested in me for more than my intellect. And because of his pursuit, I now find myself in the midst of cat fights I didn't start, office backstabbing I can't seem to stop, and jealous innuendo from my female coworkers, the likes of which I've never encountered.

Although I will admit like any good trashy romance listener there were parts of this series I enjoyed and giggle that. However it was degrading and ridiculous in the story of the characters. She came off as it is really super smart total was and he came across as a really rich dick. The storyteller good job at distinguishing between characters but the way the character was Red matched the characters kind of stupid and kind of sticky. So I guess that means she was excellent. The sex was really well written however the story was super predictable.

It took me a bit to figure out where the author was going with the story. That’s not a bad thing. Particularly I am not a person who enjoys a predictable story. I love the way she pulled everything all together. The performance was excellent you could actually tell the difference between characters and there was enough space in the breathing and the delivery that it was very easy to understand even though there were a lot of English references you could still figure out what they were talking about. Overall this is a great book

Colton stole my heart. He wasn't supposed to, and I sure as hell didn't want him to, but he crashed into my life, ignited feelings within me that I thought had died forever, and fueled a passion that I never knew could exist. Rylee fell out of that damn storage closet and into my life. Now I don't think I'll ever be the same. She's seen glimpses of the darkness within me, and yet she's still here. Still fighting for me. She is without a doubt the saint and I am most definitely the sinner.

I have love for this series. I also have some dislike. I think the book could be less drawn out because the characters seem to talk to them self and off a lot in between talking to each other as they go back and forth hearing Zaidi‘s but the story is really compelling you fall in love with the characters you empathize with what you’re dealing with and you wonder what the heck is going to happen next. It is a cliffhanger so be sure you get the third book. #thanksgiving#sweepstakes#performanceperfect

Vanessa Mazur knows she's doing the right thing. She shouldn't feel bad for quitting. Being an assistant/housekeeper/fairy godmother to the top defensive end in the National Football Organization was always supposed to be temporary. She has plans, and none of them include washing extra-large underwear longer than necessary. But when Aiden Graves shows up at her door wanting her to come back, she's beyond shocked.

I say tragic because these two main characters are so flawed and distance and all kinds of remote. At least that’s on the outside. The characters are both struggling and stoic it’s kind of interesting. You know where the stories going to go because it’s a love story but I love the way the story keeps both characters strong and who they are at the beginning. The performer was excellent I love her voice or voice is shall I say, she has great texture tomorrow voice and great definition in her words without over playing them. Bravo. The reason for the four stars is because the female character explain the shit out of everything and sometimes I wanted her to just stop thinking and start doing. But I really liked it

But secrets started building, and ten years have passed since they’ve all been together—in fact, they’ve rarely spoken, and it broke their grandmother’s heart.

Growing up, the three of us were friends. He was the nerd. I was the playboy. She was the beauty. Deep down, I only ever wanted her. I kept it inside because Rory and I made a pact that our friend, Amber, was off-limits. He lied. I went off to college, and he got the girl. Amber never knew how I felt. They were together for years - before he broke her heart. Through it all and across the miles, she and I casually stayed in touch. When my job sent me to Boston for a three-month contract position, Amber let me stay in her spare room.

What a great adventure. I love the characters I love that even with the anxiety there was real nurse to it. I liked that the woman didn’t seem like a total idiot but one that really thought about what each particular situation was. I also liked the special-needs aspect in this book. As a parent and as a professional in the world of disabilities I appreciate the fact that the language was politically correct and the sentiment was dead bang on. I love the performers so much every time I see a book with them on it I buy it. Very classy book and a little spicy
