Vicky Beeching, called “arguably the most influential Christian of her generation” in The Guardian, began writing songs for the church in her teens. By the time she reached her early thirties, Vicky was a household name in churches on both sides of the pond. Recording multiple albums and singing in America’s largest megachurches, her music was used weekly around the globe and translated into numerous languages. But this poster girl for evangelical Christianity lived with a debilitating inner battle: she was gay.

Wonderful and inspiring. Vicky’s story brings hope and healing for so many who have been told that being gay is reason for God’s rejection. A message of inclusion and love.

Reading this in 2018, with the benefit of seeing the advocate and champion that Chely Wright has become. As an older gay person, it helps me more clearly understand much of my own story, while in awe of hers. Simply tremendous.

Captain Dominika Egorova of the Russian Intelligence Service (SVR) has returned from the West to Moscow and the Center, the headquarters of her service. She finds things worse than when she left. She despises the men she must serve, the oligarchs and crooks and thugs of Putin's Russia. What no one knows is that Dominika is working for the CIA as Washington's most sensitive penetration of SVR and the Kremlin.

Really enjoying this series. Great to have a gutsy and passionate female heroine.

Looking forward to the next in the series!
