I am a fan of this series. The first book hooked me. The second book disappointed me slightly. This one brought me back to full on "can't put it down" mode. I want the next one asap. I hope that Scott Brick stays with this series, in my mind's eye he is Evan Smoak.

You will be especially moved by this book because you put yourself in the position of protecting them from danger. My eyes teared up on more than one occasion.

Good insight by the author of how non-communication between parents and children, can result in consequences.

I thought that this book was well done and I will buy the next one in the series. I was entertained by this book.

I listen to many books in the mystery genre, some are scary, with bad ass tough guys like Mitch Rapp, and I enjoy most of them. This is like my candy... I give a lot of credit to Grover Gardner, he is Andy.

On the right side of the law. Sort of. Sebastian Rudd is not your typical street lawyer. He works out of a customized bulletproof van, complete with Wi-Fi, a bar, a small fridge, fine leather chairs, a hidden gun compartment, and a heavily armed driver. He has no firm, no partners, no associates, and only one employee: his driver, who's also his bodyguard, law clerk, confidant, and golf caddy.

I wish that he had the usual "John Grisham" in depth court room dramas that I so love. This book seems like too many cases being fit into one book. You just don't get to know all the characters very well.

Not his best work in my opinion.
