Don't mind the beginning where he talks about lobsters, as interesting and useful as it still is. I promise that he gets into much more practical subjects after the introduction that are directly applicable to everyday life.

Most of what the author says is his opinion, not factual information. His theories and conclusions often require too much of a stretch in critical thinking to be taken seriously. Please take the information in this book with a grain of salt.
