This book was just not as gripping as Vanished was. It seemed to lack x something, but it was not bad, just not as good as expected.

I almost had to stop listening multiple times because it it puts you too much into the psychological abuse that the victim endures. It is a good story and well written, but I would suggest that anyone with any sensitivity in this area is better off not listening to it.
