The book was well explained and very practical. I enjoyed the structure of each chapter; it had a very logical layout. Additionally, the end of each chapter contained a bullet point list of the concepts covered with a quick summary of each. Read and know how to motivated for himself. Recommended!

There were many good recipes in this book that I might try, but the book mentions giving liver to your child. Too much of the form of vitamin A in liver can be toxic to children.
