This is not a fairy tale. This is about real witches. Grandmamma loves to tell about witches. Real witches are the most dangerous of all living creatures on earth. There's nothing they hate so much as children, and they work all kinds of terrifying spells to get rid of them. Her grandson listens closely to Grandmamma's stories - but nothing can prepare him for the day he comes face-to-face with The Grand High Witch herself!

The kids were sad when this book ended because we all wanted to hear more! The narrator's voice was perfect and truly brought the story to life. What an absolute joy to listen to!

If you could sum up In a Glass Grimmly in three words, what would they be?

Hilarious, Inventive, Engaging

What other book might you compare In a Glass Grimmly to and why?

Nothing, it's unique!

Have you listened to any of Johnny Heller’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Johnny Heller's performance of A Tale Dark and Grimm brought this series alive for us. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes!

Any additional comments?

My kids (6 and 8) and I absolutely love this series of books and adore the narration. It is the first series of audio books my children have been engaged with and truly interested in hearing how the story ends. Highly recommended!
