What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

It's very general and short. Does not provide much value to those needing good advice on this topic. Seems like the suggestions are geared towards problem aversion rather than a proactive approach.

What did you like best about Knee Pain? What did you like least?

I suffer osteoarthiritis and had a meniscus repair so I had high expectations from this book. But the information is pretty basic and nothing that I already didn't know. Maybe I had researched this subject quite extensively in the past so my bar was already high. But possibly quite useful for those with less advanced knowledge.

If you could sum up Zen Jiu Jitsu: Over 40 in three words, what would they be?

I'm a BJJ white belt over 40 and this book was very useful to me. Many useful advice from diet to risk management. As the title suggests, any BJJ practitioner should read this book.

I did pick up several ideas from this book that I apply to my daily life. Some parts are rather boring but overall, I found it to be quite useful..

Would you try another book from Kylie Young and/or Millian Quinteros?

I bought this book out of curiosity. Too many claims, not enough evidence. I'm an avid tea drinker and enjoy drinking tea but the 7 day cleanse is not something I would follow.

What did you like best about Fermentation for Beginners? What did you like least?

Basic information. I've been fermenting kefir, kombucha and viili for some time and I must say that did not find anything useful in this book. But may be useful for beginners.

What made the experience of listening to Lifelong Health: Achieving Optimum Well-Being at Any Age the most enjoyable?

I'm half way through the book but I was so impressed so far that I wanted to rate it now...It has excellent information on how the body functions, what we can do to prevent diseases, improve lifestyle, and tons of other information that was an eye opener for me. I highly recommend it to any age.

This is a useful book for managers and executives. It gives some useful warnings to avoid pitfalls in the future. Some of them pretty basic and no-brainers but some we don't normally think about. Overall, I found it worthwhile to listen to.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

I love drinking matcha tea but this book was a waste of time for me.. Very simple information that can be googled online in 5-10 minutes. No real story and no real value.
