Maybe Z-burbia, but it really stands out on its own.

Would you listen to The Poet again? Why?

Yes, because its a great listen. The narrator kept me interested through the whole book.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Well, of course I liked Jack, but I also found it interesting to follow the story of William Gladden. I know, I know he's a vile and disgusting character, but this is the first time I've read a novel where the author allows the reader/listener to delve into the mind and life of someone so horrible and give backstory on how they became that way. I found that interesting and disgusting all at the same time, which I guess is the point of a good book; to give the reader/listener a certain reaction and make him/her feel something rather it be good or bad.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

There's a Reason for Every Rhyme...The Poet

It happens whenever wolf shifter Roni Axton is near Marcus Fuller: a crackle of sexual awareness that's intoxicating...and deeply annoying. Marcus is a pack enforcer who oozes power, but Roni is lethal in her own right - nothing like the flirty females who flock around him. Even still, his possessive gaze makes one thing clear. Marcus has singled her out for seduction, and he wants to make her sit up and beg.

What did you love best about Dark Instincts?

I love getting to hear the continuation of everyone's lives, as well as, the new romance between Roni and Marcus.

Who was your favorite character and why?

My favorite will always be Taryn just because I resonate with her personality more than the other characters.

What does Jill Redfield bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She brings a different dynamic to the characters. Hearing the different voices gives a depth to the book that I don't think I could get from just reading it.

Lacey Terwilliger's shock and humiliation over her husband's philandering prompt her to add some bonus material to Mike's company newsletter: stunning Technicolor descriptions of the special brand of "administrative support" his receptionist gives him. The detailed mass e-mail to Mike's family, friends, and clients blows up in her face, and before one can say "instant urban legend", Lacey has become the pariah of her small Kentucky town and a media punch line....

There are some odd things about Nate’s new apartment. Of course, he has other things on his mind. He hates his job. He has no money in the bank. No girlfriend. No plans for the future. So while his new home isn’t perfect, it’s livable. The rent is low, the property managers are friendly, and the odd little mysteries don’t nag at him too much. At least, not until he meets Mandy, his neighbor across the hall, and notices something unusual about her apartment. And Xela’s apartment. And Tim’s. And Veek’s.
