I crawled into Ryan Jensen’s bed that first night by accident. I barely knew him. I thought it was his sister’s bed - her room. It took seconds to realize my error, and I should've left... I didn’t. I didn’t jump out. I didn’t get embarrassed. I relaxed. And that night, in that moment, it was the only thing I craved. I asked to stay. He let me, and I slept. The truth? I never wanted to leave his bed. If I could've stayed forever, I would have. He became my sanctuary. Because - four hours earlier - my twin sister killed herself.

I agree with many reviews saying Tijan has a lot of the same material mean girls, highschool etc. Mac remind me ALOT of Sam from Fallen Crest. I did think this went on and on and on in some spots repeating the same things we heard already. I thought she did a service to people who have been affected by suicidal ideation or known someone who has committed suicide. All in all it was a great story and that ending. Wow!!!
I need me a Ryan, but I also feel maybe his demons are not all gone.
Narrator did a good job.

The Narrator was horrible. All the voices she tired did not work. I mean guys that are supposed to be bad a**, sounded like a “nerd”. The villain sounded like the Cookie Monster.
The story it self is good and I have to continue the series because it ends on a cliff hanger....

Sebastian York is always amazing and Maxine Mitchell is fantastic as well. Great pairing.

Growing up, the three of us were friends. He was the nerd. I was the playboy. She was the beauty. Deep down, I only ever wanted her. I kept it inside because Rory and I made a pact that our friend, Amber, was off-limits. He lied. I went off to college, and he got the girl. Amber never knew how I felt. They were together for years - before he broke her heart. Through it all and across the miles, she and I casually stayed in touch. When my job sent me to Boston for a three-month contract position, Amber let me stay in her spare room.

I really loved this book until the last 2 hours when my heart was in my throat. I wanted to fast forward to the end, I need to know what happened.
I needed Amber to not be such a nice person at times. I needed her angry and yelling at Rory. Rory did a few things to make me mad. 1. He took the dog? 2. He made two life choices for Amber. Channing I would like him to be my boyfriend. I would never let him walk away from me. He let her make her decision but he let her know where he was at not trying to keep things hidden from her. So many books they keep so many secrets and it’s almost eyeroll moments where do you people never talk. Everyone laid it out there. I liked it. It was a bit of change. No one was really guessing.
Did the epilogue ever mention Kitty? What happened to kitty?
And definitely my two all time favorite narrators: sebastian York and Andi Arndt as always did an excellent job.

First let me say I love the Kade boys. I understood through the first book Sam’s like imploded and she needed to learn how to get a back bone. I would have thought she would have got one in the second book. Always hiding behind the Kade’s. She needs to seek therapy. I’m hoping in the next book she has a back bone and stops keeping EVERYTHING so secretive from the boys. Some of the times she did stand up for herself surprised me. She could do it with some random guy but not with people who are supposed to be her “friends”.

I wasn’t a fan of the narrator she did a good job with Brent’s voice. The book was o.k it won’t be on my re-read list. It has some funny moments. I thought Aubrey was very childish for being a “life coach”. I expected her to be a little more mature. Brent was allowed to be an a** and all was forgiven because he was so hot. Brent wasn’t a bad character I don’t think he was near as immature and I expected him to be the worse. I am also not fan of the OMG! He said sex. Isn’t she an adult that has been around celebrities surely she has heard some things. So to be so “innocent” drives me insane. Again, it was ok but I would save my money and skip it, there are better hockey books out there.

My relationship with Hunter Delucia started backwards. We met at a wedding. Stealing glances at each other throughout the night, there was no denying an intense, mutual attraction. I caught the bouquet; he caught the garter. Hunter held me tightly while we danced and suggested we explore the chemistry sparking between us. His blunt, dirty mouth should’ve turned me off. But for some crazy reason, it had the opposite effect on me. We ended up back in my hotel room. The next morning, I headed home to New York leaving him behind in California with the wrong number.

I went searching for trouble and I found it. I just didn’t expect to find it in the form of Cillian Gallagher. The gorgeously tatted lead singer and guitarist of Wild Irish, Cillian is everything I’ve always tried to stay away from. He’s wild and dangerous. And exactly what I need to cross off number four on my bucket list. Kiss a complete stranger. It should have been that simple. But I wasn't prepared for the scorching heat that would ignite a passion, leaving us both gasping for air.

He’s my best friend’s older brother, off limits and incredibly tempting. I shouldn’t peak into Brendon’s sketchbook, even if the tattoo artist is as brooding and stoic as the day is long. I can’t help myself. I peel it open, run my fingers along the paper, soak up every ounce of him. His drawings are as beautiful and bold as his dark eyes and his cocky smile. Only, there, on the third page - that’s no tattoo mockup. That’s me. Naked. Ready. Waiting in his bed.

I’m a fan of best friend sibling romances. The 8 years age difference did not bother me. Brandon was responsible guy. He kept referring to Kay as he was supposed to be her guardian. What 18 year old high school graduate needs a guardian? Kay was very immature and that I believe is what put me off on the romance. Her and the best friend were obsessed with Disney movies. I skipped through a lot of the “best friend” talks. Em was annoying. I do not understand why Kay just didn’t say I don’t wanna to talk about my “sex” life with you right now. When I want to talk I’ll come to you but for now drop it. Don’t lie. Which also shows a bit of immaturity.
Some of the book repeat phrases and words KILLED me. “closer- closer- closer.” Over and over. “Yes we get it fingers are almost to that spot. Yes his tongue his almost to that spot. I think liked the story. I was the female was a tad more mature. I didn’t have to hear about an adult loving Disney movies while reading an adult book.
I think the narrators did a good job. I would listen to them again.
