I learned a lot about myself. I am an empath and from early on in life I knew I was different. It has taken quite some time and studying to figure it out. This book gave me insight into what it's all about. I will continue my search for more knowledge. Thank you.

This book is life-changing. If you are curious to learn more about anxiety, panic attacks, etc. or hoping to retrain your anxious thoughts, I highly recommend this book. It helps you rationalize and think-through your anxious thoughts and find ways to tolerate the anxiety.If you are on the fence, buy it. It's worth every penny and then some.
