It's been 19 days since Isis Blake forgot about him. The boy she can't quite remember. She's stuck in the hospital with a turban-size bandage on her head, more Jell-O than a human being should ever face, and a tiny bit of localized amnesia. Her only goal? To get out of this place before she becomes a complete nut job herself. But as Isis' memories start to return, she realizes there's something important there at the edges of her mind. Something that may mean the difference between life and death.

You know that group of people in school that everyone fears? Popular. Beautiful. The in-crowd? That was my family. Kind of. We were above that group. We held court over everyone else. We were the best looking. We were the mysterious and elusive ones. Most of the girls wanted to (and did) date the guys, but they didn't want to be one of us. They couldn't be. They were our prey. We were the feared. But like every family, nothing is as it seems. That was my truth. Kellan was in his own league.

It's been years since my mother was in my life. I healed. I learned to accept love. I lived. That's all done. She was away, and now she's back. I avoided her for a year and a half, but I couldn't hide anymore. Mason had an internship in Fallen Crest, so we headed back for the summer. And when we got there - no one was prepared for what happened.

Samantha and Mason are together. Everyone knows it. But not everyone is dealing with it. While Mason is ready to give them all the middle finger, there's one who is not going away: her mother. Threats are issued. Ultimatums are given. Even blackmail is used. But only Samantha can put a stop to Analise. However, when a trauma from her past is triggered, she may not have the courage or strength to do what's needed. And if she doesn't, Mason's future could be destroyed.

Mason and Logan Kade are two brothers who did their own thing. They were rich and expected to attend Samantha's school, Fallen Crest Academy. They chose public school, and now Samantha has to live with them. The problem is that she doesn't care at all - about them, about her friends, about her cheating boyfriend, or even about her parents' divorce. But maybe that's a good thing. Maybe change is a good thing.

Nolan Lennox had things figured out. Named after a baseball legend, she enjoyed being the tomboy. Her closet was filled with her brother's hand-me-downs, cut-off jeans, and soccer shorts. But when her first trip to high school results in a broken heart from the first boy to ever make her heart flutter, and cruel words from an older girl she once thought a family friend, Nolan starts to question the very person she thought she was.

Noland is the most insecure woman In the world. So many things could’ve been avoided if she just spoke up! Also the way she likes him is border line creepy asf. That kind of obsession is so unhealthy.
