I found this book truly inspiring and helpful. The audiobook is an easy to follow self help guide to mastering the benefits of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The idea behind CBT is that you can change your thoughts and therefore improve your reaction to emotions that you cannot change in situations, helping you with anxiety, stress, and depression to name a few. The book is, like I said before, set up for you to do entirely yourself. The author gives you the background to CBT in the beginning, showing you the idea behind it and helping you to understand the model of it, before giving you step by step how to begin your self practice with CBT, even granting a workbook in the final pages. I had heard of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy before, but I have to admit I didn't know as much as I thought. This book really informed me, some of the things I had come across felt like ah-ha moments. In short, I believe this book will help people connect with themselves on a new level just understanding that some intrusive thoughts are felt by all people and that they don't mean you are a bad person. Wonderful. One of the best books I have read this year to date, and I'm excited to keep up my own self practice of CBT because of this book. I highly recommend giving this a read.

This book is a work of genius!!! I tried to get into stocks years ago and none of the references for beginners I came across made any sense, so I gave up. I decided to give it another try and some references captured the very basics like "what is a stock?" "why is investing important?" but after that sent me for a loop again. I decided not to give up again and that's what led me to this book. This audiobook simplifies EVERYTHING! He puts in a relative perspective so you can understand it better. Like saying an exchange is basically an auction. He relates something unfamiliar to something familiar so you can grasp it better. It helps a lot to be put this way. And I love that he centers the book solely on stocks. Other references start throwing in bonds and funds when you barely understood stocks to begin with, making you twice as confused. I also love that he reiterates some important points because sometimes I'll forget something and wind up going back and try to read it again, but he brings up the points again to make it easier to stick. And being new to the stock market I need that reminder.

I have been trading equities for a few years and have just started reading about forex. This was the 12th book I read. It should have been the first! This is the only one so far that has taken the time to run through all details, it TEACHES you about the market, trading, techniques, money management and risk. The others I have read were Strategy books. Only after reading this can I understand what the others were trying to say.

If you really are looking to enter Forex trading then you must start with this book. The others have been good too, this one will help you understand what you are reading about in all other books.

This book is an excellent guide for beginners, and even for investors who have casually invested into stock market or used 401k account, but didn't get full understanding of how the stock market works, and many acronyms and definitions that come with it.

It gives an excellent overview of several different strategies that a novice investor could use.

I like this book because I had heard about this type of diet but didn't know how to manage it. It gave me the information I needed and so far following this diet I have lost 17 lbs without to much struggling. I am a night time eater so this helped to break that habit. Hope this helps.

This book is great. It is an easy read and the exercises are simply making lists. Those who are saying this book is pointless and is just about positive thinking are totally wrong and not writing out the exercises. This book will kick your brain into gear and give you tools to achieve things from losing weight to changing your financial future. For $10 it is a steal.

Basically, I bought this day trading guide book because I wanted to educate myself about day trading and make a move into day trading as a sideline to my regular job and see what happens from there. I keep hearing on tv talk shows about finance and reading articles in finance magazines and online that the time to make money in the stock market is now. Based on what I read Markus Heitkoetter's *About the Author* section on his book's feature page, I felt he was an honest and forthright person which was crucial to me. Why? If you look around at other books on day trading, you'll see what I mean. Markus began with nothing, but he had a strong entrepreneurial spirit. He was eager to learn the market when he first started, which I thought paralleled my situation. Also very important, he learned from his mistakes and achieved his goals. I like that he's a family man and not some lone wolf type of guy sitting behind a computer screen, making high risk trades. Why again? I wanted to learn day trading from someone who wouldn't risk his family's financial situation.

This guide is very practical and thorough. Markus makes many important points. One that I need to really grasp is that you have to be willing to accept losses. I know I need to accept them, learn from them and keep toward my goals.
