I have been an advocate of the Whole30 program for a few years now. I have done it myself and seen the impact it has had on others in amazing ways. I finally went back to the beginning and journeyed through this book.

The book starts off with the sciencey stuff. How the body works and what food is made up of. It might be confusing, a little overwhelming, and like you are doing nothing right in your choices but just push through it. The second half was like a warm hug, where Melissa and Dallas are like "it's ok you have eaten the way to have. you were at a disadvantage of marketing, big business and your environment but we got you now. We are going to help you get control back."

You are given the tools and resources you need you start making better choices RIGHT AWAY! You will finish being inspired. Ride that wave!

Sleep is one of the most important but least understood aspects of our life, wellness, and longevity. Until very recently, science had no answer to the question of why we sleep, or what good it served, or why we suffer such devastating health consequences when we don't sleep. Compared to the other basic drives in life - eating, drinking, and reproducing - the purpose of sleep remained elusive.

One of the comedy world's fastest-rising stars tells his wild coming of age story during the twilight of apartheid in South Africa and the tumultuous days of freedom that followed. Noah provides something deeper than traditional memoirists: powerfully funny observations about how farcical political and social systems play out in our lives.

This book will put you through all kinds of emotions. Noah has developed an amazing perspective of his life's story to date. I have never heard such a heart breaking story that made me laugh and feel bad for laughing at times. He has turned his perspective of his rough upbringing into a positive and at times comical outlook that has turned him into the person he is today. This book will show you a different perspective of life. The story of what is common life for many in this world outside of first world countries. it is inspiring, entertaining, funny, and emotional all at once.

At once wildly original and stuffed with irresistible nostalgia, Ready Player One is a spectacularly genre-busting, ambitious, and charming debut—part quest novel, part love story, and part virtual space opera set in a universe where spell-slinging mages battle giant Japanese robots, entire planets are inspired by Blade Runner, and flying DeLoreans achieve light speed.

For me, not many books are written in a way where I can clearly picture the scene. this was written and performed so well, that I felt like I was watching it first person. my imagination was at 100% and I was able to envision every detail of the scenes. This book was so addictive. I couldn't wait to start each new chapter.

This is the way the world ends: with a nanosecond of computer error in a Defense Department laboratory and a million casual contacts that form the links in a chain letter of death. And here is the bleak new world of the day after: a world stripped of its institutions and emptied of 99 percent of its people. A world in which a handful of panicky survivors choose sides - or are chosen.

When Milton Hershey's famous Hershey Bars debuted in 1905, few people knew of the hard work, dedication, and sacrifice preceding the triumph. Debt, lack of support, and fatigue had been constant companions for the famous chocolatier and philanthropist - a man with a fourth-grade education. Despite comparisons to his wandering father, Milton never gave up. Learning from his mistakes, he spent a lifetime creating sweet things to eat - first caramel, then chocolate.

I truly enjoyed enjoyed this book from start to finish. Kevin presented his life true to form with a lot of laughter. Yep, pure white girl who really appreciated what he went through in his life. I highly recommend this "read" and I would recommend listening to the last three chapters first and then start at the beginning. Once you get to these last three chapters, get a pen and paper out and write down his recommendation on how to succeed in your own life. First review I ever wrote on an audible. Thank you Mr. Hart! 💕
