On the other hand, there's Sean and David, who love fishing and are kind to animals - and who are about to cross paths with a suitcase filled with $5 million in stolen insurance money. Serge wants the suitcase. Sharon wants the suitcase. Coleman wants more drugs... and the suitcase.

There's a different schemer or slimeball behind every door: cocaine duckpins who have survived only by the dumbest fortune, hard-luck gigolos desperate to score, undercover cops busting undercover cops who are running sting operations on undercover cops.

What if Belle's mother cursed the Beast? As Old as Time is the third book in a new YA line that reimagines classic Disney stories in surprising new ways. When Belle touches the Beast's enchanted rose, memories flood through Belle's mind - memories of a mother she thought she would never see again. And, stranger still, she sees that her mother is none other than the beautiful enchantress who cursed the castle and all its inhabitants.

What disappointed you about As Old as Time?

The book was long, however it skipped over some pretty interesting facts. There were plot holes everywhere that were never truly answered.

What could Liz Braswell have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Some scenes drew on too long. Some things were never truly explained.

What three words best describe James Patrick Cronin’s performance?

Consistent. Detailed. Engaging

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from As Old as Time?

I would not cut one scene but would shorten multiple scenes. I understand the importance of the library but do we have to spend 30 minutes in there trying to read a story to a tea cup?

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Since I was in the car with nothing else to do, yes it was time well spent.

What was most disappointing about Liz Braswell and Disney Press ’s story?

It was way too long and too detailed. The last few chapters had me rooting against the good guys just so the book would end.

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

The book was too long.

Could you see A Whole New World being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

No please don't
