The plot was very creative and interesting. The story really kept me engaged and making predictions, which was fun. It's also full of very useful truths that can prove effective in real life, not just in fiction. Excellent book.

I'm not one who typically likes Stephen King's genre of stories, but I truly appreciate his work, On Writing. I am not a fan of foul language or raunchy humor or content, but I do see how it can be intelligently used to drive home a point or paint an accurate picture of a situation or person. Though some of it could still be cut back without losing its power, I can appreciate and respect Mr. King's choice of words and description, as they were very helpful in clarifying concepts and imagery that, short of that style, would not be a true representation of the subject. I am new to writing anything worth publishing, much less fiction, but as it is something I'd like to attempt, I found this book very useful and insightful and will be implementing much of Mr. King's advice in order to improve my own work.

Thank you, Mr. King, for your willingness and effort to write this valuable book and for sharing your story/stories so openly and being direct. I appreciate your "no bullshit" approach. I like to hear how it really is. My prayers are with you and your family. God bless!

This seems like a fantastic resource for new writers and entrepreneurs like me. I know so little, I often don't know what should be asking to know. Authors like Tim Grahl are so helpful to novices by introducing ideas and concepts I would not have thought of myself, and sharing how to implement them effectively. Thank you!
