This should be the only self help book on the market! If the F word offends you, please get over it and listen to this book. I found where I thought I made improvements in my life, that I was genuinely deceiving myself. This book provides examples on how to take back your life, not with aggression as the F word implies, but by effective assertiveness and reminding you that your fear is your limit. There is a lot of humor in the book, but also very valid points on what not to give a F about. I plan on listening to this whenever I think I need a reminder, and even when I dont think I do, because I tend to take on too many monkeys, enough for a zoo. Now I am comfortable enough to just had out bananas. I highly recommend this book for you or as a gift to everyone!

Provides an awareness of what it takes to move forward in any aspect of life with an understanding that we can always assess a situation and ask ourselves, "Now what?" and then, move on over and over and over again; whatever it takes. We can label our "fear", which holds us back, as "excitement", which can move us forward. Definitely a good book to have on hand to pass around and re-read or re-listen when our "cheese" seems to disappear.
